Yes, you can hold a Durmstrang boy and we will hold Alex Band for you. You are correct - German-speaking countries would attend Durmstrang (though for all intents/purposes, the main language at Durmstrang is Russian - but just like Beauxbatons [and French], students at Durmstrang can speak several languages; so Russian and German and English are perfectly acceptable - making him trilingual at the very least).
