We realize in JKR's interviews/notes, she married Luna to Rolf and they had two children (and that Neville married Hannah), but since it wasn't in the actual DH epilogue, we decided to allow the change. Even the Weasley children (except for mentions of Rose and Hugo and Victoire) weren't fully explained in the epilogue, though we try to follow her interviews as much as possible.

And we're currently reviewing the applications, but they generally take about a week or so. Mainly because as we start to review one, we get more dropped and then we decide to lump the ones dropped within days of each other into one batch to review together. Thus, we are reviewing apps from July 17 to July 20 right now; and if any are dropped today, they'll be added to the batch (and make the review time longer).
